[1.19][Forge][2.6-beta] Crashing on start #23

Currently using the 2.6 version of forge with Forge 41.0.110 and Cloth Config 7.0.73 and it's crashing on startup because it's says its missing cloth config 7.0.72 or above. Latest Log: Here
