Inconsistency in capitalization of ID #13

It's definitely great that the input allows for lowercase letters in ID, but perhaps making the app save/display all ID letters as capitalized would help consistency

Team's Response

We are rejecting this bug as a functionality bug as we have already acknowledged that we are able to improve in our UI (specifically on the capitalisation of NRICs in-fact). Following the CS2103T guidelines, planned enhancements in the future enhancements section are not counted as bugs. Please refer to the screenshot below.

This should be a textbook response.notInScope in my opinion. Upon further review, I should have listed this as a featureFlaw, however as the team has acknowledged this as a possible future improvement, this bug should not be outright rejected.
