Unable to add new user - detected as duplicate despite all fields being unique

Thank you for raising this. However, since your bug report has neither instructions for reproducing this bug nor a screenshot of the details of the first person in your list, we could not verify that this bug exists.

Furthermore, we noted that the personal details of the second person in your list (the one above Amy Smith) is the exact same as the second person in our default JSON data, we hypothesise that the first person (the one you omitted in your screenshot), is also the first person in our default JSON data. If this is the case, then the NRIC of your input already belongs to this person and thus the system does not allow you to add another person with the same NRIC (as defined in our user guide).
