Incorrect example in UG for edit #22

edit 1 i/S1234567A n/Betsy Crower would edit the NRIC of the 1st person to be S1234567A, not s1234567a.

While the field is stated to not be case sensitive, this does not reflect behavior in the app, and is also not consistent with the image below

Thank you for raising this issue, it is valid - very minor cosmetic issue in the UG for not capitalising the "s" and "a" in "s1234567a"

Hello, while the bug may be cosmetic in nature, the effect of it is not "purely cosmetic". That is, this bug may affect understanding of the reader who upon seeing that, may be confused regarding the nature of case-sensitivity within the app. There may also be further confusion caused that the stated behaviour also does not line up with the behaviour in the image, thus I would argue that this flaw is not simply "purely cosmetic"
