Unifying AbstractDelegatedImporterDialog for items import dialog #278

App needs some Dialog to import : Deck Contact CardStock SealedStock Transaction MTGCard

Maybe set AbstractDelegatedImporterDialog to generic one and unifying cancel and select actions un one class
