Date selector and run boundaries #8

When doing multiple runs: it would be useful to know the dates of the runs, and to be able to select by date as well as by run number. Echo the first and last run and time in the title. When showing long timelines there were a couple of times when I wanted to know the time of the run boundaries. Perhaps that could be a plotting option for vertical gridlines?

Partially done. Can select by date. There is no run boundary overlaying. Not sure the run boundary stuff would be useful.
