Fixing some broken features #27

Description

Fixed quite a few broken features from existing changes

Fixed colors removed from existing materials
Fixed coyote time to be significantly shorter (0.045 seconds instead of 0.25)
Fixed player load times being different from player spawn times
Added a few extra settings and configurations for various prefabs
Added more layers to hexagon level :)

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally with editor as well as a built client to ensure player load times now work as expected.
