Panda kills player on contact. #68

Description

Panda is kill.

Panda is more effective at killing players.

Moves faster, doesn't decelerate when approaching target. On contact, kills player similar to a kill zone.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested by viewing Panda's speed.
