Player Names Feature #55

Description

Added player names as a feature and list of connected player identified by name in the lobby

Also completed some hotfix of the existing networking nd game phase features to allow the game to spawn and synchronize properly.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally with multiple clients as well as using multiple clients across the internet. Also wrote a set of tests to verify that names are synchronized and identified correctly.
