Updated Reverb and Mixer Settings

Description

Did my best to add some audio reverb to basic house.

here are the steps to bake reverb in the future https://valvesoftware.github.io/steam-audio/doc/phonon_unity.html#reverb

Will have to look into this in the future for automation or varying settings.

Also changed these steam-audio files to be stored using git-lfs to not take up as much space with larger and more complex spaces.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested by verifying behavior and settings of audio mixer and sounds within the house.
