Add an optional third person camera mode to have the camera be offset above the head and over the shoulder of the character.
This is a lower priority feature because it will interfere with camera aiming
if we want to check what the player is looking at, we will have to draw a ray from the camera to find out where it hits in the world space.
Then from the player's head position, we have to draw a ray from the character's eyes/hands/item towards the location that the camera hit, and check if anything else hit before then (aka the camera could look at something that the player doesn't look at.
This is a useful future feature but not high priority for now.
