And resolve #2 Description of the modification in Only creating the base directory for unarchive Only creating the base directory for unarchive to work. It also allows the download to fail without causing the next run to skip all the role.

PS: The next pull requests will be cleaner and from a feature branch :)

Adding fix: harbor_exposed_https_port fix in harbor_api_port variable was not a variable evaluation in defaults vars
