Add the ability to retire a climb.
Once new settings are added to a wall you can retire climbs from that period.
Prompt to retire all climbs that have climbs logged on the same wall for the same session or earlier.
Retired climbs should no longer be visible on the home page and only used for stats.
Don't delete these, just don't show them on the home page.
