PD-18 Add and configure Sentry error tracking

Sentry recently released the early-adoption version of [it's Next.js client library](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/nextjs/). I'll want to integrate this into Hammock to track both client-side and server-side exceptions. Related to #4 as it's an external product that @jurajpal and @martinsrna will likely want access to.
