Summarize newsletters in email notification #46

In Settings, user is able to set when they receive email notification with summary of the latest newsletters they receive.

@martinsrna you know this already exists, right? I can't remember the name of the app, but I'm pretty sure there are many out there that aggregate summaries of a bunch of newsletters and then send them back to you.
