feat: remove "Resume" feature #89

PD-78 Replace 'Resume' with 'Highlights' in the main menu

Comment out 'Resume' and replace it with the new 'Highlights' section. We're removing Resume based on the user feedback for now and will come back to it with a better functionality for 'save for later'.
