Pass the mirror selection as the URI of the apt backend #126

The apt backend does not use the URI currently, yet it assumes http://cdn.debian.net/debian internally.

A blank URI is not currently allowed in the web frontend and it would be more useful for the apt backend URI to be a Debian mirror location, used instead of cdn.
