Remove python-debian dependency #78

python-debian is listed as a dependency but doesn't appear to actually be imported anywhere any longer. Check and remove the dependency if not required.

Dont think this is required any more,as I think its legacy from when we were comparing version numbers and parsing changelogs using it.
