Add title capabilities to slider

Each slide should be able to have a different title. This is currently not supported.

Can we just put the "titles" in all caps as text at the front of the captions?

NICE! Looking good. Are you working today? Maybe I can follow up by phone if you are free. I have at least one replacement link - new resource I just found to replace the Species Range Change image under wildlife ( http://maps.tnc.org/migrations-in-motion/#7/40.204/-104.843) ... and I think the heavy precipitation image is not right... so I might need to replace that, too. Both were from the national climate assessment and interactive online but don't work when linked to our app....

All the video fixes are great!

• The Paris Agreement Interactive seems to only work sometimes - but I'm almost positive that's a problem on THEIR end, so we'll leave it up for now.
• The MetEd Interactive - Weather Ready Nation - still doesn't load. It's under Think Globally, Act Locally-->Emergency Preparedness-->Weather Ready Nations Video. It IS a really great resource so I'd love to feature it, but it requires a login which might be complicating its use. I also have downloaded versions of the videos in it, but that'd be a lot of MBs
• The Air Quality map under Climate Impact-->Public Health is not loading... maybe if you cannot isolate their map you can include the whole webpage? https://www.nrdc.org/climate-change-and-health-air-quality#/map
