Please and thank you to anyone who can provide feedback on this pull request. Couple notes I already have.

Removing the script tag from the page template to another location (should I just include a script tag of another file for this?)
Desire to remove jQuery all together and use vanilla js with css animations.
Need to update the readme
Add Gulp as a task runner to automatically watch and compile templates. Also can run the server.

Note that only the first menu button (habitat) has content at this point for testing.
