Add ability to respond in Discord to Minecraft chats #19

Presently, Discord responses to Minecraft chat messages sent by the bot show up in-game as "(Replying to @MinecraftServerBot)".

This behavior hides the person being replied to. Thus, it is confusing for players.

It should show up as "(Replying to PLAYER_NAME)".
