generate a report of AE activity over time

As editor, Nick wants to be able to summarize editorial board activity over time for individuals.

This issue will be complete when there is an Rmd file and associated pdf which:

• reads in the editorial board sheet
• lists all of the names (so slightly different name listings can be fixed)
• list all of the roles so they can be made consistent
• summarizes the activity for each individual
• reports on their activity
• generates two reports: one chronological and one alphabetical
• uses kable to generate attractive displays

This will need several helper functions to collapse repeated years into XX-YY (see STAT495 homework) and to create an entry where there may be multiple roles. This can be started while #9 is underway.

Horton, Nicholas: 2008-2012 (Editorial Board), 2022 (Editor)

Note: "Editorial board" will probably want to be listed as "Associate Editor", "Editor, datasets and stories" will want to be listed as "Section Editor".

We decided that @sedelson31 will code things as they appear (for historical accuracy) but we can collapse and combine to make a clearer report.
