First off, design is not my strong point at all. Anything I suggest is to be
taken
very lightly ;)

Observations:
A count would be nice.

Ready could just be a red or green dot, or do you really need ready on a full
teams
list? Maybe could show ready or not, but not the specific field?

The team icon takes up the most room, making the page double the length that it
needs to be.

Also to keep the page looking short the coach name could be in line
horizontally
with the team name as there is plenty of room.

There is plenty of room, but it you are worried about team name length you
could use
an ellipsis (...) in it.

I would give the option to the coaches on how many teams they would like to see
per
page with a max of say 100; 25, 50, 100 could be good choices.

Oh, I meant the individual team page, not the teams list section.
I don't think it's necessary to chop up that page.

I'll take the other suggestions into consideration though.

I don't see how you could really paginate the individual team page.

Make recent games, news and the menu boxes on different "pages", whereas the
roster
is on the top of the page always? Just an idea.

Ah, that makes sense. So the teams page would have its own tabs. I will also
look
through the team page that way to throw in my 2 cents.

Exactly! Does it sound like a good idea?

I think that page looks fine. I will make a post on my site to see what others
think of that page.
