BOTOCS module documentation #329

William, I've had several people ask via. email about the use of the BOTOCS
match report upload. 
Could you write some documentation explaining the basic usage?

Sure, I can add it to the submission page.  Is it as simple as something like 
this?

After playing a match in BOTOCS, browse to the <BOTOCS>\results directory and 
select 
the ZIP file that corresponds with the match that you would like to upload and 
click 
send file.  Only one coach needs to upload;  if the other coach uploads it will 
state 
that the match already exists.

The template in which way?  The report template is fully documented in BOTOCS.

Well, you need to give a howto for users who want to use necrosis' template. You
can't assume they'll be looking in botocs documentation for it.
