Match and tour deletion possibilities

Whole tours should be deletable at once from the admin section.

Single, already played, matches should also be deleteable, with a 
emphasized warning of the consequences of deleting an already played match 
towards: 
- Team stats (for example treasury might become negative) 
- The count of achieved skills may not not match the allowed amount due to 
suddenly stats changes for players.
- Other things ??
