Teams appear in a tournament rankings even if no matches are associated with them #566

If a match is incorrectly scheduled between teams who were not actually in the 
tournament and then deleted the teams still show up in the tournament report. 

I've tried doing sync_all() but the row in mv_teams is still present.

do you mean the tournaments standings table?
Also, you deleted the match, right? Not reset it?

r956 fixes this not only for team stats, but also coach,player and race stats.
