How do I make plug-in for scheduling matches without a tournament?

Hello, new user to OBBLM.  Question:

I once played in an OBBLM league and all coaches were able to schedule and 
record our own matches, WITHOUT being in a tournament.  It was under Plug-ins, 
and was called "Fast Match Scheduler".  FunnyFingers told me it might be in the 
modules settings file, but I don't know how to add that code.

Can anybody help me put in the proper settings and code?  BTW my OBBLM website 
is http://dcriot.obblm.com/

Expand the modify and you can see the change...  Though notice the reason it 
was disabled is there are a lot of bugs.

I agree with what funnyfingers said - closing this.

Btw. the revised "normal" single match scheduler should fit your needs, if not, 
please specify in detail what you'd like to see added in a new issue thread.
