Stylesheet for printing

Low priority, just another feature.

Don't know how other leagues handle it, but the league I am into coaches
fill out paper report sheets and then admins enter results. OBBLM allows
coaches to put them in themself but I suppose they still need someting to
write on during the game. 

I tried printing the matchup page, and the page ended up beeing 2 pages.
With a special stylesheet for printing, we could bring it down to 1 page
and a useful report printout.

I like the idea.

Maybe what is required is somewhat an equivalent of the PDF-roster for the
HTML-team-page-roster?

I extended Juergen request in Issue #16.

We had the same idea and needs.
