[hedgedoc] postgresql support #25

Describe the solution you'd like:

That postgresql is added as an optional dependency so that you can choose which db backend.

I prefer to have support for all 3 Linux architectures (armv7, arm64, amd64) and I can't find a postgress chart/image that supports all 3. If you find it, please let me know.
