However, I managed to do this:

After adding index 7, i edited the phone number to be the same as index 6. And it edited successfully with no error thrown. So now there are 2 people on the list with the same phone numbers.

We feel that it is a medium severity since it causes occasional inconvenience, but they can still use the product.

It does not make the product unusable for most users.
