Convective inhibition calculcation #28

The benefit of a radiative-convective model is that it can more accurately predict which layers are convective and which are purely radiative. Therefore, it's important to factor in the effect of convective inhibition. This could be implemented into AGNI alongside Issue #24.

It's worth nothing that we might be able to self-consistently implement dry and moist convection, as well as convective inhibition, by adapting Pascal Tremblin's diabatic extension to the mixing length theory. This would allow these parameterisations to be treated as a single generalised process.
