Minor fixes to clouds, although they crash sometimes depending on nlev. They also do not seem to impact SW fluxes for some reason.
Updated bibliography with opacity references
Fix to stellar spectrum stuff using PCHIP instead of binned_statistics
Updated installation instructions
A few new cfg files
Minor plot updates
