Rework condensation into a single function
Condensation no longer causes runaway cooling of surface and weird flux transport in dry regions
Significant rework of model storage. Large files now on OSF but downloaded at build time via a script (closes #59)
Added code style to docs. Attempt to keep lines no longer than 92 chars
Other documentation updates
Solver improvements - now using backtracking ls by default
Code optimisations with type hinting

Closes #15, given the significant improvements over the last few months.

This is now version 0.6.0
