Here is a list of edits I made:

• changes in mcmc.cpp
  • remove empty output files
  • write bWM.nii only when appropriate (i.e. only when UPDATE_WM != 0)
  • add some description to debugging diagnostics output
• changes in covar.GPU
  • get rid of compiler warning messages that some variables are not used / not referenced
  • note: I don't know why but git detected lots of empty space which got marked as difference in the commit
• changes in main.cu
  • remove superfluous '_' at end of default WM mask file name avg152T1_white.nii

Awesome... thanks for catching my typo. Don't know why your editor added lots of tabs (it looks like), but check this out: If you add "?w=1" to the diff URL, the differences are ignored, as in: https://github.com/nicholst/BSGLMM/pull/10/files?w=1

Looks fine... I'll merge now. (Amazing thing is that all the links I sent comparing the PR should now be instantly updated... except for the ones that referred to a the specific hash code)
