Improve state of review items in WikiCite

WikiCite needs a property to link review items to the work they review.

Review items are instances of Q265158 but many review articles are not marked up as such because data sources such as CrossRef lack the information that an article is a review.

Examples:

• The Vietnam War, Retold in Images is a review of the film Vietnam in HD
• The Visual Display of Quantitative Information is a review article of the book of same name and there are more review articles of this book in Wikidata

Wikidata also lacks a specific subproperty of cites to link review articles the reviewed works.
