Improve troubleshooting #13

I'd like to improve troubleshooting too. I think one tip we could add is to mention that if a single key doesn't work, a diode has probably been soldered on backwards. Can I add this to the improve-troubleshooting branch or would you prefer I create my own branch and pull request?
