Added instructions for the kailh socket version of the board #24

I also changed a few links. For example, I changed ebay links to link to searches instead of a specific product, as many ebay sellers automatically increase the price of their item if it sells a lot.

Also removed a section from flashing, as compiling the hex separately isn't needed when using the make-REV-MAP-avrdude option.
