I've added improved troubleshooting information created by nic and found in nicinabox: improve-troubleshooting and then expanded on it with a couple small changes. TOC has been updated.

nic, I actually just got back from being hospitalized for a week so I've been delayed as well! I'll take a look at this today or tomorrow so we can get this pushed through.
