Load first slide, then others? #325

First off, fantastic plugin! Thank you for your hard work.

I'd like to display the first slide in the sequence while the others load behind it, as I have a client with many slides (of relatively large size). Is this possible?

I have the same issue, i have huge pictures to load, have you found anything @wjwhelan ?
