Transform Data

We need to clean, transform, and homogenize the data. Taking a quick look at the existing data, here is the list of todo's thus far:

• Convert toronto Zoning types to natural language
• Map zoning nomenclature across cities/simplify where possible in order to allow comparison
• Fix issues with faulty spatial files (something is making my spatial calculations with Toronto and Montreal wonky)
