Demo and website shows empty Datasheet

Hi everyone,

Firstly - awesome project really cool and really helpful and you've thought of it all! 🔥

I may have noticed a bug on the Docs website, every datasheet I can see has no data in it like so: Issue on page: https://react-datasheet-grid.netlify.app/docs/getting-started

However, double clicking into the cell shows the data of "Elon".

Is this a new recent change that caused this issue, or is this just with the website issue not the package it self?

This is due to the dark theme the website offers! Works fine when in light mode 😄
