Inaccessible, Linked, or in-use Files #17

Some files and directories may be inaccessible by filesystem iterators when constructing the initial backup digest.

Is it acceptable to skip these entries?
- If not, how do we accommodate for this case?
Should the user be informed? Asked to run as administrator?
Do we need to consider file concurrency?

Another note, some files+directories like system32 cannot be tampered with. How do we circumvent this if the user wants to back something like this up?
