Add an About tab page #18

Just something simple for now, maybe think about adding things like:

That sounds good. I put some of this in the footer. Should we move it all to the about page? We don't need it in the footer.

Yea, I don't think we need most of that in the footer either, maybe for the footer just us and last.fm & bootstrap or just us and last.fm? and than more details about us in the about and more information on all of these on the about tab.

Yeah, just credits to us and maybe something that says "nicholast.fm - a last.fm utility"

Yep, sounds good. Should we think about maybe adding a donation link in the about page? just a thought :)

Well, added a donate button from paypal with commit 85ab08488406a9c436cfae7c813e1469a85f942e Its mainly just for reference, for now, if we decide on having one.
