Add share-to Facebook/Twitter buttons #19

We should seriously consider having sharing buttons FROM LAUNCH so that people can spread the word. :)

With a quick google search I found this: http://www.addthis.com/ don't know if its what you were looking for and haven't looked too much into it yet but definitely will soon :)

I've made the facebook page facebook.com/nicholast.fm for our site, mainly just to have it and so no one else can :) and I tried twitter but there is already someone with nicholastfm, should we get something similar to that or just leave it be?

Hm, that's a good question. Can't believe someone already has nicholast.fm. What about nicholast.fm? Did you try it with the dot? Or we could put a hyphen or a space or an underscore? Or maybe we could say nicholastdotfm

Can't have periods in twitter usernames, any of those are fine with me, but like since its already taken, do we even need one?

With commit 42d350a3c8ca08a1e3a7941d403df203c26480f8 corrected the Tweet button settings. @namklabs Nick, you may want to check out the different buttons yourself and see if they work for you and if you like them how they are or maybe change what they say, such as the default tweet message.
