Ad support #24

So for Ads we obviously will use Google Adsense, but do we want to add it to the site for initial release or wait a little bit? And, also where should we put it on the site? Also, should it be pure text and/or images? What about maybe a donation link?...

Those are good questions. We should talk about it next time we meet.

With commit ffba40e3f33eda1ca2adf2e946386bf66a7a18b6 I've added more google services than we will ever need lol :) And hopefully the ad will show up once the site is rolled out...since it still isn't :-/

With commit 8a027c931429882f3925acf13d70384de43f4f85 we have plenty of ads on our site now lol :)
