Make monthly module #50

Goals:

[x] ~~Faster~~
[x] ~~Less api calls~~
[ ] Use localStorage module
[x] Use new Last.fm api module
[ ] Completely remove any monthly stat code from app.js

Well, can't use weekly track charts, because it doesn't include album information for tracks, so much for faster/less api calls. Anyway, recent tracks might be the way to go, because they have added an extended option for including Artist images and if the user loves the track. commit cf2f85d43a5fde0b544a4769b932745518939521
