Design new header. #57

Was mainly thinking of kind of like what a lot of modern sites do with a full page header colored with a large nicholast.fm across it with album art slowly loaded into the background.

I kind of like the simpleness of http://soundready.fm

Kind of have no desire to do this without updating to Bootstrap 3, which has been pushed to later...
