What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go for simple data and keep $csv->header = false
2. Upload a single lined data(I checked with numbers only.)
3. print_r or see the output in $csv->data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should bring the real values where I got something like this:
Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [0] => 235886.
            [1] =>
            [2] => ,85565.
            [3] =>
            [4] => ,
            [5] => .
            [6] =>
