Error migrating issues for https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/cppcheclipse/ #107

I tried to export https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/cppcheclipse/ to 
Github several times. But I always get the following error:

Project: eclipselabs.org:cppcheclipse
Error migrating issues.

I only see logs for one failed migration, which failed due to a transient 
issue. Can you retry a couple more times and see if that helps?

Tried again three times, the first time I had again
Project: eclipselabs.org:cppcheclipse
Error migrating issues.

The second time I got
Project: eclipselabs.org:cppcheclipse
Error migrating repo. Repo not found.

The third time I got again
Project: eclipselabs.org:cppcheclipse
Error migrating issues.

Any idea how to fix that?
