[CLEANUP] Multiple panel widgets accomplishing the same thing #62

It's unnecessary to have 2-3 calendars and 3 different program launchers as installed plugins for the xfce panel. I suggest cleaning some of them up and keeping the ones intended to be an actual part of the distro. Examples of plugins I suggest to be removed:

xfce "Applications Menu"
Clock (There already is an Enso specific clock installed)
Orage panel clock
Quicklauncher
Whisker Menu

This is a valid point, I think I will leave some in there just for user customisation, so will probably keep whisker menu and normal clock as does have a little more functionality than the Enso clock
